A highly distinguished lawyer and diplomat, Julissa Reynoso (Dominican Republic, 1975) was the first woman to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to Spain and Andorra. During her tenure, she coordinated key milestones, including the 2022 NATO Summit.

Previously, she served as Assistant to President Joe Biden and Chief of Staff to Dr. Jill Biden at the White House. Currently, she is a partner at the law firm Winston & Strawn, where she advises global clients on international litigation and complex transnational matters.
