Fuencisla Clemares
She holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from IESE, and began her career at McKinsey & Company, specializing in marketing for retail companies. In 2007, she was director of purchases for Carrefour, leading the commercial strategy and negotiations with suppliers.
As general manager of Google for Spain and Portugal, she works to promote the digitalization of Spanish companies and society. Previously, she was commercial director for Google Spain.
She is the mother of three children and actively promotes the role of women in technology, participating in forums and projects aimed at making the female role in the digital and leadership fields more visible. She carries out training activities at IESE and ISDI and has non-executive functions as an independent board member of Cosentino and Sonae in Portugal.
