Ainhoa Arbizu
Well-known journalist and radio and television presenter with more than 23 years’ experience as master of ceremonies, Ainhoa Arbizu is a trilingual professional (Spanish, English, Catalan) who has led conventions, prize giving ceremonies, film premieres, festivals and conferences. She studied at the American School of Barcelona and then went on tograduate in Audiovisual Communication from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. On television she has presented ‘Operación Triunfo’ highlight shows and has worked at Canal OT, Música Uno, Rock in Rio and Eurovision, and also presented the MotoGP World Championship for Televisión Española. She has hosted the sports section ofAntena 3 news and programmes such as 'Espejo Público', 'El Diario', 'Splash', 'El día que cambió mi vida', 'Objetivo Bienestar' and 'El Estirón'.With experience in radio (‘Anda YA’) and written press (‘Sport’), and training in interpreting and dubbing, Arbiza was awarded the Planeta D prize for the best New Documentary for the direction, production and script of ‘Animus: Multiple Sclerosis Through Art’.
