Yulia Navalnaya

Yulia Navalnaya, freedom fighter and human rights activist from Russia, was born in Moscow on July 24, 1976. She graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Faculty of International Economic Relations. Along with her husband, the late Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, she was actively involved in the fight for democratic changes in Russia. After Alexei Navalny's death, she announced that she would continue his work. 

Today, Yulia Navalnaya is one of the key figures in the Russian protest movement. She serves as the Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of the Anti-Corruption Foundation and the Chairwoman of the Human Rights Foundation.
