Begoña García-Rozado (León, 1971) holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (Icade) and has been a member of the Senior State Tax Inspection Corps since 1997. After holding several positions within the Ministry of Finance, where she reached the position of Deputy Director of Corporate Tax, she joined Iberdrola after working for several prestigious international firms. Specifically, she worked in the tax area of Deloitte Legal, where she was a consulting and auditing partner.

In 2021 she was recognized as the best corporate tax manager in the world at the 'Global Counsel Awards'.
