Beatriz Guillén

With a degree in Economics and Business from ESEN in El Salvador and an MBA from the University of Manchester, she has been Iberia's new Chief Customer Officer since April 2025. Previously, since July 2022, she held the position of Global Sales Director of the company, leading the commercial strategy with travel agencies worldwide, in addition to the corporate and business development segments. 

Beatriz has 20 years of experience in commercial departments of different airlines and has spent most of her career in the area of revenue management. In 2014, she joined Iberia as senior revenue management manager for long-haul flights. She has dual Salvadorian and Spanish nationality and is the mother of four children.
