Silvia Macedo has worked for the L'Oréal group for 19 years. Of Portuguese origin, she spent her entire childhood in France. Her professional career began at L'Oréal Paris in Portugal and then moved to Garnier, where she became marketing director for the brand. She continued her trajectory as marketing manager for LATAM at L'Oréal Paris and then as brand director of Garnier Mexico, making it the number one brand in the country.

Since January 2021, she has been general manager of L'Oréal Paris for Spain and Portugal.
